Lena Lapschina is primarily known for her installationist work. Imbued with a distinct social commentary, her works continually explore cultural contradictions through a deliberate and calculated methodology. Von Lapschina has undertaken seven residencies throughout her career and was awarded the Austrian State Grant for Video and Media Art in 2011
